When someone mentions Las Vegas, they immediately think of the Las Vegas strip. After all, Las Vegas is considered the entertainment capital of the world. The strip area offers world class dining, unparalleled shopping, exciting night life and numerous entertainment options. Now you can live right in the middle of the action. There are several high rise condos right on and around the strip. Turnberry Place is within walking distance away from everything the strip has to offer and usually has re-sales available. There are also several new high rise condo and condo-hotel projects under construction.
The revitalization of downtown Las Vegas is still underway. Loft lovers will find a wide range of Las Vegas lofts for sale in the downtown area. The area has been divided up into seven distinct districts, with something for everyone. Currently there are several new lofts under construction as well as some re-sales available. The Fremont street experience draws thousands of visitors every year and may be seeing an expansion. The new factory outlet mall, located next to the World Market is just minutes from downtown.
Because of the mild, dry climate, no state tax and 24 hour access to dining, shopping and entertainment, Las Vegas real estate is becoming a favorite destination for today’s baby boomers. Las Vegas and Henderson offer several gorgeous active adult communities, like Sun City Anthem and Sun City Summerlin. There are also age restricted condominium communities as well.
Las Vegas also has several gorgeous master planned communities. Gated and non-gated communities with luxury amenities are readily available. Some communities also offer a mixture of Las Vegas condos and homes, giving potential residents a choice of lifestyle. There is literally, a community for every taste and lifestyle.
However, Las Vegas is more than just neon lights. The Las Vegas valley has one of the best job markets in the United States. Combine that with no state tax, its no wonder that more than 5,000 people a month move to Las Vegas and the rest of Clark County. Las Vegas has something for everyone, whether you’re a NASCAR fan or a nature lover. There are several museums, cultural centers and sporting events as well as the beautiful Red Rock National Conservation area, Lake Mead and Mount Charleston. Las Vegas also offers some of the most exciting golf courses in the world, including the only tournament players club and stadium courses in the state. Whether you are looking for a home on the course or a lake front condominium, Las Vegas has it all.
