The Splash Canyon is the new Las Vegas Water Park. Scheduled to open on Memorial Day weekend 2012, its season tickets are already on sale. Tickets are free for children up to 2 years and adults pay .99. Season passes retail for , off the regular price of 9. The highlights of this Las Vegas Water Park include:
- A large wave pool perfect for body surfing
- A three-slide complex with tube slides
- A 1000-foot long lazy river
- Two seven-story speed slides: one called Strip Racer that has six lanes with a smooth descent and the other, dubbed the Cliff Hanger that has a one-lane steep descent.
The Park is also offers food outlets and carts, cabanas, retail stores, restroom, lockers, showers, restrooms, bathhouses, etc.
Located in Fort Apache Road, Splash Canyon is around 10 miles from of the Strip but is only a 10 to 15-minute ride by car.
