Good Stuff – FREE Limo provided from airport to hotel,. lots of cool bath products, VIP Check in + First in line to Buffet, Taxis line etc etc -free breakfast + late 4pm checkout Conceige called a few days after booking to offer sightseeing advise + arrange shows, spa appointments etc.. Bad Stuff did not offer free room upgrade as Amex Fine Hotels (FHR) requires 6TH Floor Suite could not “look down” on the Fountains like a higher suite, only see the Top of the Fountain Spry – Kristy Asked VIP checkin to move us to higher room – she made a call answer back “NO all Cyprus suites booked” called Hotel back on Reservation line (not stating I was at property already) & was told “yes Cyprus suite avail for that night on a higher floor – windows of Hotel were extremely dirty blocking the View to some degree Overall – it was good.. the Staff seem to go more “out of there way” to help out -vs- Encore (no free limo etc) but I though Encore was a nicer room
