We arrived at 8pm and we went to the rooms we settled in and then we went for a walk on the promenade and the Adventuredome. Finding the right elevator was hard at first because the back ones go from 18-25 but the first ones only go from 1-18. We were in floor 21 so we were somewhat confused. The second day we had a good time in the morning. Now in the afternoon it became a pain to go to the room. The elevators would go all the way up and they would fill up with people and it would be hot and annoying to get into the rooms and then back out. Also while we were relaxing in the room there some sort of leakage happening in the room, the carpeting next to the bathroom wall next to the bed was soaked. We called the front desk and they sent someone to check it and they could not find the cause of the damage. They offered to move me and my roommate to another room or place towels on the floor to try to dry off the carpet. We could not move because we had two other rooms being used by our group and the hotel would not be able to move them. We were forced to stay in the room and they sent over towels to place on the floor. The next morning before we left the hotel we noticed that the floor and the towels were soaked and it was so much that it would start to smell bad. My roommate actually got sick because of the water damage. The hotel was generous …
