We decided on a whim at around 12am at night to drive from Chino Hills, CA to Las Vegas, NV. That’s roughly a 4 hour drive during regular traffic. I was talking about my good friend in LV named Amar. How he ALWAYS hooks us up with free rooms (on planned trips) & what a cool guy he is. And Joahnna made the suggestion to go visit him. I thought she was joking, but since the next day was Sunday – she was quite serious! And then Vik also jumped on board. And so, I said ‘ok – to LAS VEGAS it is!’ And so we made the drive in the pouring rain, & through the grace of some almighty being; we got there safe & had a great time!
